New AppSumo Deals, November 2026: 12 Checked, 5 Ending Soon

Disclosure: SAASTOOLY earns a commission when you buy through some of the links on this page, at no extra cost to you. Every deal below was checked on its live AppSumo listing on November 1 and 2, 2026. AppSumo deals change daily, so check the listing before you buy.

AppSumo adds new lifetime deals almost every week, and its "New arrivals" page is where they land first. New deals are often the cheapest they will ever be, but they also come with the least evidence: few reviews, a young Q&A, and sometimes features that are still on the roadmap.

So we opened every listing on the New arrivals page at the start of November 2026, plus two deals ending soon elsewhere on the site, and recorded what matters: the real entry price, what the cheapest tier includes, how many people reviewed it, and the refund rate AppSumo now shows in each listing's "Live performance" panel. Then we sorted them into four groups: ending soon, proven, promising but thin, and wait or skip.

How to read this list

Three numbers do most of the work:

  • Review count beside the rating. A 5.0 from three reviews tells you almost nothing. A 4.8 from 200 is real evidence.
  • Refund rate. The share of purchases that were refunded, as shown on the listing. A low rate on a large number of sales is a good sign. A high rate, even on a small sample, is a reason to slow down.
  • Entry-tier limits. The headline price buys the smallest tier. Check its cap against how you would really use the tool.

Ending soon

These were showing countdown timers when we checked. Dates are approximate, read from the timers on November 1, 2026.

StoryChief: plan, write and publish everywhere ($69)

StoryChief puts your content calendar, AI drafting and publishing to 30+ channels (WordPress, Webflow, LinkedIn, HubSpot, Mailchimp and more) in one workspace, with approvals for teams and clients. The company was founded in 2017 and has Series A funding, which makes it one of the more established vendors in this list.

The catch: Tier 1 covers one workspace and one user, so teams need Tier 2 ($179) or above. The listing showed a Plus-member access window ending around November 3; after that, check whether it opens to everyone or closes.

AahSheet: content at scale from Google Sheets ($59)

AahSheet generates structured SEO and GEO content from rows in Google Sheets and publishes to WordPress or Shopify. It has an excellent record so far: 4.93 from 58 reviews and a 0% refund rate on 1,000+ sales.

The catch: the listing marks this deal "Not refundable", so there is no 60-day trial. It was due to close around November 3. Mass-produced content still needs human editing to be useful.

→ See the AahSheet deal

KWHero: SEO outlines and drafts from what already ranks ($79)

KWHero analyses top-ranking pages for a keyword, builds an outline from them and drafts content in 80 languages. It has 2,400+ sales and a 7.1% refund rate.

The catch: Tier 1 includes only 25 AI credits a month, or 250 if you connect your own OpenAI key and pay for usage. The rating, 4.21 from 82 reviews, is solid but not outstanding. Due to close around November 5.

→ See the KWHero deal

Subscribr: YouTube scripts with hooks ($79)

Subscribr helps YouTubers test ideas and write long-form scripts around hooks and storytelling, with research pulled in. It is one of the most-bought deals here (5,000+) with a 4.85 rating.

The catch: the listed comparison price is $94, so the "discount" is small. Judge it on your own publishing volume. The refund rate is 11.5%. Due to close around November 5.

→ See the Subscribr deal

Mini Course Generator: short courses and lead magnets ($99)

The strongest record in this list: 4.76 from 224 reviews, 11,000+ buyers and a 0% refund rate shown on the listing. It builds interactive mini courses with AI, which you can make public, paywall with Stripe, or gate behind an email address.

The catch: it is built for short courses, not full learning platforms, and it is sold as stackable codes, so decide how many you need before the deal ends around November 5.

Proven: worth a close look

AdaptlyPost: social scheduling across 13 platforms ($59)

A social media scheduler with AI captions and images. With 171 reviews at 4.9 and a 7.7% refund rate, it has the strongest early record of the new deals without a timer. Tier 1 includes 25 connected accounts and 200 AI credits a month.

The catch: the company was founded in 2026, according to the listing, so the long-term record is short. Our Hootsuite and Buffer alternatives guide puts schedulers side by side.

→ See the AdaptlyPost deal

Local Rank Tracker: Google Maps and Business Profile ($149)

Tracks Google Maps rankings for chosen keywords, helps manage your Google Business Profile with AI and produces white-label reports. 2,000+ buyers.

The catch: it is a partner-managed listing without AppSumo's "We Got Your Back" guarantee (the 60-day refund still applies), the rating is 3.99 from 136 reviews, and the $149 Starter tier tracks 20 keywords. If local search matters to you, see our Google Business Profile guide first.

Promising but thin

Acti: an AI keyboard for your phone ($59)

Dictate in 60+ languages, translate your voice, and run reusable "Acts" that connect to Gmail, Notion, Slack and other apps. 4.94 from 65 reviews.

The catch: a keyboard sees everything you type, so read the privacy policy before using it with client data. The refund rate is 11.3%.

→ See the Acti deal

Inrō: Instagram DMs answered in your voice ($59)

An AI agent that replies to Instagram DMs and comments, trained on your tone and knowledge base, with triggers from comments and story mentions. 5.0 from 23 reviews, 6.1% refund rate.

The catch: it depends entirely on Instagram's rules and API, and AI replies in your name need close supervision at first.

→ See the Inrō deal

CaptionBolt: captions and finishing for short videos ($39)

AI captions in 338 styles, plus resizing, B-roll, covers and branding. When we checked on November 2 it also had a short-lived extra 10% off ($35.10).

The catch: Starter caps videos at five minutes and 60 processing minutes a month, and there are only 12 reviews.

→ See the CaptionBolt deal

Utobo Email: newsletters, outreach and API email ($49)

One account for broadcasts, cold outreach from your own mailboxes and transactional email. Our email marketing roundup covers it alongside more established options.

The catch: 5,000 emails a month on Starter, eight reviews and a 12.5% refund rate.

→ See the Utobo Email deal

Webclaw: web pages to clean data for AI ($59)

A developer tool that turns any public page into Markdown or JSON for AI agents, one credit per page, with MCP support. Low 2.7% refund rate so far.

The catch: very new (founded 2026), seven reviews, and scraping must respect each site's terms and the law.

→ See the Webclaw deal

Wait or skip, for now

Two other new arrivals showed warning signs when we checked:

  • Syncupp (project management with GPS attendance, $49): a 42.1% refund rate and 3.75 from four reviews.
  • Soku (AI ad management, $59): a 26.3% refund rate and four reviews, for a tool that changes live ad spend.

Small samples can mislead, but we would wait for more reviews before buying either.

How to buy new deals without regret

  1. Start from a bill you already pay. A new deal that replaces nothing has no payback, however cheap.
  2. Price the tier you will actually need for the next 12 months.
  3. Check the refund window on the listing. Most are 60 days; AahSheet has none.
  4. Redeem on day 0 and move real work in during week one.
  5. Decide by day 50: did it do real work in the last two weeks, and would you buy it again today?
